Opening Of Queen Elizabeth II Hospital

At the opening of QEII Hospital in Welwyn garden city, my sister Louisa Fairbrother presented her majesty with the bouquet.

After her death, there was a memorial, a fountain, was erected in the grounds. This bore an inscription dedicated to her, which after her name, read simply ‘A Nurse’ perhaps somebody can advise me if this fountain is still in the grounds.
