Panshanger Primary School participated in the Welwyn Garden Heritage Trust’s Where Do You Think You Live? project by submitting a photo-montage and some brick mosaic designs. These images have been added to the Trust’s archive as a record of how the town looked in 2011 for future generations to view.

The collage was created by the Reception Class pupils after taking a walk around their neighbourhood with a camera.

Below the photo-collage are some contemporary brick mosaic designs produced by Year 4 pupils. They were inspired by those incorporated into some of the early WGC housing built by Fred Palmer. You can find out more about the originals by clicking here.
